Oolong Tea is semi-fermented, a processing which combines the best of both Green and Black Tea.

Shui Xian Oolong tea is a first flush, first grade tea. Shui Xian Oolong is an especially fragrant tea with a slight sweet narcissus aroma.

This stems purely from the cultivation and processing techniques.

In China, Oolong is often taken as an anti-aging tea.
